GRANATELLI: LARGER THAN LIFE

In 2020, ABSORB. was thrilled to partner with IMS Museum and Citizenry Press to develop and build visual systems for "GRANATELLI: Larger Than Life", an exhibit about one of the most innovative and colorful personalities in the history of sport: Andy Granatelli.

Granatelli's impact as a promoter, IndyCar racing team owner, and CEO of STP Motor Oil is enduring and far-reaching. His innovative and vibrant personality is fully on display in the exhibit, which explores his life story via narratives and direct quotes from his official autobiography, They Call Me Mister 500. All storylines are woven together with stunning photos from Andy's life, all imbued with the iconic and appropriate "dayglo red" color which adorned all Andy's car liveries and branded materials... and which perfectly represents his gregarious personality.

"GRANATELLI: Larger Than Life" is open through Spring 2020 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum in Indianapolis.
